Our principals reside in San Diego and are committed to being involved in the San Diego community.

Mr. Wechter is a principal of PacVentures, Inc., a longtime San Diego resident with broad experience in the areas of land use and development. He is the project lead for the Ivanhoe Ranch project and overseeing the internal planning processes as well as the community engagement efforts.
